About Orlando Andrews, MSLC, CARC, APSS
Founder & CEO, Recovery Matters™
Founder & Executive Director, The Recovery Angels Foundation
I’m a behavioral health entrepreneur, educator, and systems strategist working at the intersection of mental health, addiction recovery, and long-term care innovation.
A graduate of Northwestern University, I bring over a decade of experience to the fields of behavioral health, substance use recovery, and trauma-informed care.
My work focuses on expanding access to outcomes-driven recovery models — rooted in neuroscience, harm reduction, and real-world sustainability.
As the Founder and CEO of Recovery Matters™, I’ve developed one of the first nationwide virtual recovery systems focused on long-term support, measurable outcomes, and next-generation technology.
Our programs serve individuals, organizations, and treatment providers — bridging the gap between short-term stabilization and lifelong healing
.
I also serve as the Executive Director of The Recovery Angels Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to advancing innovative recovery initiatives.
Currently, I’m leading a partnership initiative to help treatment providers launch onsite retail and specialty micro pharmacies, expanding continuity of care and enhancing alumni engagement through sustainable, clinically-aligned solutions.
If you're a treatment center wanting to extend care beyond 30, 60, or 90 days or Medication Assisted Treatment provider or nonprofit program wondering how your will weather the changes coming with the Big Beautiful Bill — this opportunity is for you.

I am a person in long-term recovery.
My sobriety date is January 6, 2010 — and everything I do is shaped by that journey.
Recovery isn’t just part of my story. It’s the lens through which I see the world, build programs, and support others.
Over the years, I’ve developed a comprehensive Addiction and Emotional Sobriety System — designed to help individuals rebuild Recovery Capital, reclaim their lives, and pursue personal healing on their own terms.
More than a program, it’s a pathway back to the authentic self — grounded in neuroscience, lived experience, and a deep commitment to spiritual reconnection.
Because recovery isn’t just about abstinence — it’s about becoming whole again.
And I’m here to walk with people as they do just that.
